Return Process
Contact our customer service with photos and descriptions of the issue. Upon approval, return the item using the provided instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Store credit or
exchanges may be offered as an alternative to refunds.

Vandalz Tour is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
